shipping policy

We generally ship within two business days from your order date. Depending on your selections, you may receive your product from several locations. We ship using USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.

To take advantage of free shipping, your order must equal or exceed $75.00. Please use discount code FREESHIP at checkout. This offer does not apply to expedited shipping.

International orders

We can no longer accept international orders on this website. However, they can be arranged via phone or email (certainbooksmart@gmail.com).

local pickup

If you live near Doyle, TN and would like to arrange a pick up in person, please select Local Pickup at checkout.

return policy

You may return any items from your order for full refund of original purchase price (shipping charges not included) within 30 days. You must include a copy of the original paperwork with your return, and the items must arrive back at Certain Books Mart in re-salable condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or there has been an error in processing your order. Please contact Certain Books Mart if any items from your order arrive damaged or defective. Once media products (DVDs, DCs, Software, etc.) have been opened, you may only return them for an exchange of identical product if the item proves to be defective (this does not include scratches and other damages that are the result of misuse).
